Sometimes necessity is the mother of invention. When it
comes to the Klub Gin & Tonic this is the case. Rewind
to 2022, when there was a shortage of tonic water from
our supplier, we decided to make our own.
Enjoy our homemade tonic syrup – created with local
lemongrass, orange, cardamom, cinchona bark & more.
It makes for the most amazing G&T. Unique and fresh.
