TO KLUB KEMBALI
In Bahasa Indonesia, the word "kembali" means "return."
That's exactly what Klub Kembali hopes to do: return you to an
old-school, tropical bistro complete with great music, art and, most
importantly, craft-made Indonesian spirits, wine, beer and fusion foods
that showcase the true creativity found across the archipelago.

BETTER WITH AGE
With a nod to the Slow Food Movement,
our bar team ages select local spirits in
oak barrels for 4-6 months, allowing the
flavors to deepen & mellow. Many of our
cocktails contain our aged spirits.
Also, certain cocktail recipes use a method
called "Clarification" where ingredients are
combined with milk then slow-strained
through fine mesh, rendering the cocktail
perfectly clear with a more blended taste
and softer, more refined mouth-feel.
Many of our craft
cocktails are shaken
with "aquafaba" –
liquid from canned
chickpeas – as an
alternative to egg
white. This makes for
a lighter foam as well
as cocktails that are
vegan-friendly.
